What is painting by numbers?
Painting by numbers is an immersive process where all you have to do is match the numbers on the canvas with the numbers on the paint colors.
This activity promotes awareness and reduces stress, and most importantly, it allows you to recreate real works of art with your own hands without having the skills of a professional artist and without investing thousands in expensive tools.
What is included in a kit?
The set includes everything you will need for painting:
- primed framed canvas with numbered outlines;
- a set of brushes of different thickness;
- numbered acrylic paints;
- holder for hanging the picture on the wall;
- control sheet - a schematic copy of the painting to check whether the paint is suitable for use on the main painting.
How to choose a painting kit?
When choosing a painting by number kit, it is important to pay attention to the three parameters that you will find at the top of each product page, next to the product name. These parameters are:
- Canvas size. As a rule, the time required to complete the painting depends on the size. Our customers' most popular choice is the 40 x 50 cm sets. Painting such pictures will take about 4-5 hours.
- Level of difficulty. Plot complexity defines how many small details a specific plot has. Difficulty on our site is marked from 1 to 5, where 1 is the easiest level and 5 is the hardest. For children up to 12 years old, we recommend choosing pictures no more complex than level 3.
- Colors quantity. Most often, the amount of colors directly depends on the picture's complexity. However, within the same difficulty level, you will find sets with different amounts of paint. We recommend choosing this parameter at your discretion, because only you know best what your future work of art should look like!
